Message	Libel / slander suits aren't fun, and even if your case is solid, yammering on about it in a public fashion isn't going to help you one bit. You ever wonder why the default commentary is "no comment" during lawsuits? If he has something to say, he should wait until the investigation/arbitration/etc to finish, then say it.
